Within Pakistan

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

International

• We ship to international destinations; delivery usually takes 7–14 working days after dispatch.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
• Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
• Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

Order tracking

A tracking number is shared once your order is dispatched.

Delays

Delivery times may be longer during sales, public holidays, Eid seasons or due to courier and weather conditions.
