Orders

How do I place an order?
Add your favourite articles to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation by email/SMS, and our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only), bank transfer, debit/credit card, JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from our courier partner.

Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Will the colour look exactly like the picture?
We try to show colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
